Colville Title 10 Certified · Owner's Representation

Guiding tribal nations from vacant land to grand opening.

Sinkuleep Service Company is a Native-owned project management and owner's representative firm led by John MacClain — three decades of casino leadership, deployed on behalf of the tribe, not the contractor.

About the Firm

Built on the floor, not in a boardroom.

John MacClain started his gaming career in the spring of 1996, dealing blackjack. Within a decade he sat on his tribe's Board of Directors, eventually rising to Chairman — the top business seat on the Colville Reservation, responsible for every enterprise the tribe owned and operated.

He caught two of Indian gaming's biggest growth waves firsthand: California's hyper-growth after Proposition 1A, and Oklahoma's after Class III gaming was approved. That timing, paired with senior roles at gaming operations from Washington to New York, gave him a working knowledge of best practice from the country's largest Indian gaming markets — knowledge he now brings home to Omak.

"The most important part of construction is staying on time and on budget — held together by a master schedule and costs that match project progress, from day one to closeout."

Sinkuleep Service Company was formed in 2019 and has held Colville Title 10 certification since. It is 100% tribally owned and networked with a bench of qualified professionals who bring decades of combined casino construction experience and involvement in well over a billion dollars of gaming projects nationwide.
